The air conditioning control is frustratingly limited!!! The misleading descriptions of the rooftop pool are disappointing and confusing!!! Maintenance needs to be more diligent, especially concerning broken amenities like bathroom doors!!!

Couple's retreat with accommodating staff
The place was a pleasant walk away from everything, and honestly, the breakfast was more tasty than I expected,, I mean, who doesn’t love an all-you-can-eat option? Katerina went above and beyond when I misplaced my passport, going out of her way to help me. Can't stress this enough, that kind of service makes a mark.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but for what we got, I think it was still reasonable.

Amazing stay with great staff!
We had a fab time here! Location is perfect, just a quick walk to the old town and beach. Angelika was super helpful with car rental and local spots. The pool area was refreshing but was kinda crowded at times. Breakfast was good, especially the packed lunches for our day trips!

pleasant stay but a few issues
The breakfast option, featuring all-you-can-eat choices, was a delightful highlight! The rooftop pool offered stunning views over the mountains and the Adriatic, making for a picturesque atmosphere. Katerina's outstanding support in retrieving my misplaced passport truly personalized my experience. I also appreciated the spacious room with a lovely balcony, which provided a nice spot to unwind.

The overall experience fell short for a so-called 4-star hotel. The rooftop pool is misleadingly marketed. it's more of a plunge pool, with barely any room for lounging in the sun due to obtrusive surrounding buildings. The air conditioning was a letdown, only allowing low or auto settings, making it tough to cool down after crawling into the sweltering room. Breakfast was repetitive over three mornings, featuring a lack of quality choices, with only vending machine coffee for convenience. Maintenance issues were apparent—like the bathroom door that didn’t close at all and a laundry service that mischarged without clarification from reception. Space around the pool was limited due to a lack of enough lounge chairs. clearly, there is a need for more attention to basic guest comfort.

The location near the beach makes it super convenient to access both the sea and the charming Old Town. My room featured a nice balcony, providing a pleasant space to enjoy evenings outside. The bed was comfortable and the towels were replaced daily, which added to the overall cleanliness. the breakfast was a letdown. options were limited and lacked variety, making it feel repetitive during my stay. I also struggled with the pool area, as the seating was quite limited, making it hard to find a spot to relax. Some noise from outside was noticeable, especially in the mornings, impacting the peaceful vibe. The staff appeared friendly but could benefit from being more proactive in addressing guest concerns. the hotel has potential but needs to work on certain areas to truly earn its four-star rating.
